  • Who is eligible to join UPG?

    Any U.S. company can become a UPG member. Some of our vendors limit their discount programs to specific industries, such as pest control, architectural services, manufacturing, construction supply. CLICK HERE for a list of industry codes that are eligible for the Verizon discount program. Most other vendors offer discounts to businesses in any industry and of any size.

  • Who is UPG?

    Unified Purchasing Group is a premier provider of group purchasing services nationwide. Group purchasing organizations like ours give companies access to savings on products and services negotiated by volume. As a trusted savings partner to our over-55,000 member companies and their employees, we handle the negotiating with our vendor partners and pass the savings on to our members. UPG’s primary goal is to save our members time, money and energy better spent on growing their business.

  • How much does it cost to join?

    Every UPG membership is completely free—with no buying minimums or long-term obligations. UPG’s vendor partners may require an agreement or contract to purchase their goods and/or services, however, these obligations are strictly between members and the vendors they select (i.e. Verizon). You choose the vendors you’re interested in and buy from them at any time.

  • How can I join and take advantage of UPG's vendor discounts

    Simply complete the online membership form to join UPG, log in and begin taking advantage of the pre-negotiated agreements by selecting the specific vendor programs you’d like to join. It’s easy and it’s free!

  • I registered over 24 hours ago but still haven’t heard back. What should I do?

    First, check your junk or spam folders for a welcome email from us. If you still can’t find it, please email info@upg.org and we will resend your membership credentials.

  • How will I know I received the discount?

    Each of our vendor partners has a different process and requirements for new agreements. Please work with the specific vendors you select to discuss updating your billed services.

  • How can I become an authorized vendor with UPG?

    We are always looking to bring value and savings to our members by adding new companies to our roster of trusted partners. In return, UPG offers access to our vast and growing membership base, as well as extensive marketing outreach year-round at trade group events, in industry publications and digital spaces, combined with targeted outbound sales campaigns.   • What if I want to cancel my membership?

    You can cancel your UPG membership at any time, no questions asked. Simply send an email to info@upg.org or call Member Services at 801-784-8744.
